Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how VoxMerch™ (“VoxMerch™ ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit voxmerch.com (the “Site”).

VoxMerch™ is a company based in Illinois, United States. We provide an AI-powered event activation platform that we sell through branded merchandise distributors and experiential marketing agencies.

This policy applies only to information collected through our website. It does not cover information processed through the VoxMerch™ activation platform at events, and it does not cover data belonging to event attendees who take part in an activation run by one of our clients. Those are governed separately.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our demo request form, our contact form, or book a demo through the booking tool at voxmerch.com/book-a-demo/, we collect the information you enter. That is your name and email address.

Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device characteristics, referring pages, the pages you view on our Site, and the dates and times of your visits.

We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through the Site.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to demo requests, contact form messages, and booking requests
  • Follow up with you about VoxMerch™ as a business-to-business prospect
  • Measure and improve how the Site performs and how visitors use it
  • Run and measure our advertising on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, including retargeting visitors who have been to our Site

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, understand how it is used, and support our advertising. The tools we use are:

Google Analytics 4. Provided by Google LLC. We use it to understand how visitors find and use the Site. It collects data such as IP address (anonymized), device and browser information, and on-site activity. You can learn more at Google’s “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” page (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites), and you can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Google Tag Manager. Provided by Google LLC. We use it to manage and deploy the tags described in this section. Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies or collect personal information by default. The tags it deploys are what collect data, and each is described separately here.

LinkedIn Insight Tag. Provided by LinkedIn Corporation, and for visitors in Europe by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. We use it for conversion tracking, website retargeting, and aggregate information about the professional makeup of our Site visitors. It collects data such as the URL you visit, the referring page, your IP address, device and browser characteristics, and a timestamp. LinkedIn removes direct identifiers within seven days and deletes the remaining pseudonymized data within 180 days. You can learn more in the LinkedIn Privacy Policy (linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy) and manage your settings in your LinkedIn account or through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.

Meta Pixel. Provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. We use it to measure our advertising and to deliver and retarget ads on Facebook and Instagram. It collects data about your visit and can match it to a Meta account for ad measurement and targeting. You can learn more in the Meta Privacy Policy and manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/settings or through optout.aboutads.info.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

How We Share Information

We share information with the service providers that operate the tools described above: Google LLC for analytics and tag management, LinkedIn Corporation for advertising and conversion measurement, and Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising and conversion measurement. Each of these companies processes data under its own privacy policy, linked in Section 4.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and Retargeting

We work with third-party advertising partners, including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, to show you VoxMerch™ ads across the internet and on their platforms. These partners use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your past visits to our Site and other sites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising through these mechanisms:

  • Google Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com
  • LinkedIn ad settings within your LinkedIn account
  • Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/settings
  • Industry opt-out pages at optout.aboutads.info (Digital Advertising Alliance) and thenai.org (Network Advertising Initiative)

Data Retention

We keep the name and email address you submit through our forms for as long as needed to respond to your request and to follow up with you about VoxMerch™ , and thereafter until you ask us to delete it. Data collected by our analytics and advertising partners is retained according to their own retention schedules, including the LinkedIn timelines described in Section 4.

Your Choices and Rights

You can:

  • Ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted through our forms
  • Opt out of our marketing follow-up at any time by replying to any message from us or contacting us using the details in Section 12
  • Opt out of cookies and advertising using the controls in Sections 4 and 6

To make a request about the information you gave us, contact us using the details in Section 12.

California residents. California law gives residents the right to request the categories of personal information a business collects and the categories of third parties it shares that information with. The categories we collect are described in Section 2 (identifiers such as name, email, and IP address, and internet activity information), and the third parties we share with are described in Section 5. To request a review of or change to the information you submitted, contact us using the details in Section 12. Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

VoxMerch™ is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.

International Visitors

VoxMerch™ operates in the United States, and the information we collect is processed in the United States. Our analytics and advertising partners may also process data in the United States and other countries. If you visit from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed here.
